Broan 350 Bk Attic Fan

I purchased two of these broan 350b fans to help cool the attic of my workshop on july 2 2014. On appearance this replacement fan is almost an exact replica of the original including color. The motor on one fam failed in march of 2016 completely seizing and this morning on june 12 2016 the other fan has started squealing which means it is on the way out as well.
